Are you a green tea addict like me? If yes this recipe is for you. It's a very easy recipe which will change your daily green tea routine and had some surprise to it. I will recommend to use middle range Longjing Green Tea because you are going to blend it with walnut and myrtle for an amazing hot tea. Let's us know what you think. 

The roasted walnut reveals the flavor of the roasting tea taste and the lemon myrtle taste softened it.

What you need:

1 ¼ of teaspoon of Lemon myrtle

1 ½ Teaspoon of roasted walnuts chopped

8 Fl Oz of boiling water + 30 Fl Oz of water at 176°F/ 80°C

4 Tablespoon of Gold Longjing

 What you will do: 

  1. Put the myrtle leaf and the roasted walnut in the tea pot and pour the boiling water. Let infuse
  2. Put the tea leaf in another tea pot and pour the water at 176°F let it infuse 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the infuse tea on the first tea pot.
