It is composed of long white leaves that when brewed release a fruity, fresh and floral aroma reminiscent of peony. Osmantus flowers are sometimes used in perfumes. They have a strong sweet fragrance, reminiscent of apricot and peach. The brew has a linen-like texture, and is of pale green or golden color.
Flavor and Aroma: The lingering fragrance is reminiscent of jasmine tea, but lighter, fruitier (apricot, peach) and with slight woody tones. The flavor is sweet, bright and floral (honeysuckle, marigold), with hints of spices.
How many times can you brew this Romantic White tea? You can re-steep the leaves 2-3 times, though you have to increase the steeping time for each infusion.
